Jennifer Stumpf

Over 20 years ago as Jennifer was attending classes on massage therapy, she was introduced to Guided Meditation.  Enjoying some sessions and wanting to learn more, she stumbled across hypnosis and knew she had to see what it was all about.  She received her certification in Hypnosis at Bucks County Community College, and Advanced Certification through Dr. Holder at Bodysmart Wellness Center.  Her main focus in her clinical practice is to help people quit smoking.  However, hypnosis can be used for just about anything including academic improvement, athletic enhancement, weight control, stress reduction, breaking habits and overcoming fears/phobias - the list goes on and on.  In addition to clinical hypnotherapy, she is also a Master Stage Comedy Hypnotist.  She learned that therapy is not limited to an office setting, it also includes enjoying a show and lots of laughter!  What better way to demonstrate to someone the power of the mind?  You would be amazed how people can forget their name, understand exotic languages and be a professional infomercial salesperson!  No matter what you want to achieve, hypnosis can be a useful tool to help you reach your goals.  She is a member of NGH, the National Guild of Hypnotists, as well as fully Certified and Insured.  While she is not working with clients or preforming, you can catch her traveling with her husband and her friends all over this beautiful country on the back of their Harley Davidsons.  Any of her remaining time is spent with her cat and dog, working with children and adults through Caring Hearts Pet Therapy program.

Jen Shade

Jen Shade is an artist, 25 year veteran of the radio, music and entertainment industry, and a lifelong student of metaphysics.  After losing her father at the age of nine, she began her search for answers and relief from the pain of loss. This led her to a self-guided study of all of the major world religions. Her early exposure to the traditional concepts of Asian cultures was inspired by her Uncle’s wife from Okinawa, Japan, and extended into the Chinese concept of life-energy (chi) and the Buddhist or Hindu concept of chakras. She believes this “life-energy” is the link between the body and the spiritual center that each person possesses and can access with practice and the will to do so. At this point, Jen has been able to turn this quest into a meaningful and successful jewelry business. Connecting with other “rock hounds” across the country, she selects stones from lapidary artists from around the world to create simple pieces that not only look beautiful, but also bring the wearer the “energy” that compliments their life. Jen’s presentation, The Crystal Connection, will demystify the concept of using crystals for spiritual growth and healing, give a brief history on the use of crystals and stones through human history, and guide those interested in selecting stones to picking the right ones for their practice.
